National Bosnia Rental Terms for travel between 01-Jan-2010 and 31-Dec-2012

Payment
An initial, non-refundable deposit will be secured at the time of booking confirmation. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard (transaction fee of 1.75% applies).

The balance will be secured directly by the supplier on arrival.

Additional Driver Policy
Additional drivers are free of charge - there is no maximum number of additional drivers allowed.

Age Requirements
Minimum age is 21 years for all cars.  There is no maximum age and no young drivers charge

Condition of Vehicle
Vehicle must be returned, normal wear & tear expected, in the same condition as when rented. If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer

Cross Border Policy
Customers are allowed to travel with the rented vehicle everywhere in Europe but not into Ex-USSR countries.  Customers can drive into former Ex-Yugoslavia countries (which is Serbia, and including Kosovo, Albania and Montenegro). Green Card Insurance is included in all rates for all car groups.
Bosnian insurances do not cover the rented vehicle when travelling through Kosovo.  Additional cross border insurance has to be purchased at the border if driving through Kosovo.

Licence Requirements
Driving license must have been held for at least 2 years for all cars. An international driving permit is required.

One Way Rentals
Domestic one ways are allowed between all locations. There is a charge of EUR 30.00 + tax between Tuzla & Sarajevo locations both ways and for all car groups.  Free of charge between Sarajevo locations for all cars.  Domestic one ways must be pre-booked and there is a 2 day minimum length of rental required.
International one ways are only allowed on a 7 day minimum rental.

Not available.

Payment Policy
Acceptable methods of payment are: Visa, Diners, Mastercard, Amex & National Vouchers.  Cash is also accepted for all cars with 1 credit card at time of pickup.  A deposit of the total rental price plus 50% is required for cash & credit card payments.

Refuelling Policy
There is a refuelling charge of EUR 5.00 + tax per rental.

Roadside Assistance
Accident Procedure: Accident report is necessary in case of accident and for major accidents, a police report is requested.
Breakdown Procedure: Customer will be advised of this at time of pickup.

Special Equipment
Infant Seat - CSI (0 - 12 months) - EUR 30.00 + tax per rental – On Request.
Baby Seats - CSB (1 - 3 years) are available for EUR 30.00 + tax per rental on request, but these are not bookable in the system (please add comment to the remarks if this item is required).
Toddler Seat - CST (4 - 7 years) - EUR 30.00 + tax per rental – On Request.
Luggage Rack - LUG - EUR 30.00 + tax per rental - On Request.
Ski Rack - SKR - EUR 30.00 + tax per rental - On Request. Only available from 15th October to 31st March.
Snow Chains - SNO - Free of Charge - only available from 15th October to 31st March - On Request.
Car Phone -PHN (Mobitel with limited calls) - EUR 70.00 + tax per rental - On Request.
All cars are equipped with winter tyres from 15th October to 31st March.
All equipment is available for all cars and at all locations. 
For all child seat requests - the age of the child is required at the time of reservation.

Surcharges
Airport Surcharge: EUR 15.00 + tax per rental.

Insurances & Waivers:
LDW – Loss Damage Waiver
LDW- Loss Damage Waiver: Waives the client's financial responsibility for damage to the vehicle. An excess applies. If LDW is applied to the rental, the customer is still responsible for the mandatory excess charge in case of damage. If LDW is not applied to the rental, the customer is responsible for the mandatory liability amount of the vehicle in case of damage. Insurance does not cover renters if countries of ex-USSR & Yugoslavia are driven into.

Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability is included at a maximum of up to EUR 100 000.00 (between EUR 5 000.00 and EUR 100 000.00) and this depends on the medical findings and the opinion of the Judge.  Required by laws of country and included in all rates. This includes property damage, bodily harm and injury.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier's rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
